Become a referrer and turn a good tip into real added value. Perhaps you know someone who is thinking about selling a property, or you know of a property that is to be sold. If you pass this tip on to us or recommend us as a real estate agent and it results in a successful sale, you will receive a referral commission.
Process and payout
To become a referrer, simply enter your details in our form or send us a short email with all the key information so that the tip is clearly documented. You are also welcome to contact us via WhatsApp to make initial contact. If we receive a marketing mandate, you will receive written confirmation from us.
After the notarised purchase agreement has been concluded and payment has been received from the buyer, we will pay out the referral commission to you. This is always based on the purchase price agreed in the purchase agreement. In principle, anyone can become a referrer. Excluded are first-degree relatives and domestic partners.

How do I become a referrer?
The path to your first referral commission is absolutely straightforward and requires no major bureaucratic effort. Simply submit your tip via the form above. A short, informal message by email or via WhatsApp with the key details about the property and, ideally, the owner’s contact details is also sufficient. It is particularly important to us that your initial contact is documented in writing so that we can record your claims in a legally secure manner. As soon as we have reviewed your tip for a property in Berlin or the surrounding area, you will promptly receive written confirmation from us.
When am I entitled to a referral commission?
Your entitlement to the commission is directly tied to the successful completion of the property transaction you initiated. Specifically, this means you are entitled to your bonus as soon as the owner commissions us to market the property and we successfully sell it in Berlin or Brandenburg. The final entitlement arises at the moment the notarised purchase agreement has been legally executed and the buyer’s brokerage commission has been received in full in our account. Of course, we will keep you transparently informed throughout the entire sales process.
How much is the referral commission?
Your financial reward at ROC Immobilien is above average. We share 15% of the gross commission we actually earn with you. Since our fee is always based on the sale price notarised in the purchase agreement, your bonus automatically increases with the value of the property you refer. Given the persistently high price level for houses and apartments in the capital and the surrounding area, you can regularly look forward to substantial payouts.
When is the referral commission paid out?
As a reliable partner, we place great importance on ensuring that you receive your well-deserved commission quickly and easily. As soon as the notary appointment has been successfully completed and the commission has been paid in full to ROC Immobilien, we will initiate the payout process immediately. We will transfer the amount directly to the account you provided without unnecessary delays. This way, you can be sure that your attentive recommendation for properties in Berlin or Brandenburg will pay off promptly and smoothly.
Who can become a referrer?
In principle, our network is open to everyone. Basically, any adult can act as a referrer with us and benefit from our lucrative commission model. We welcome recommendations from neighbours, colleagues, friends, or a trusted tradesperson who hears about a planned move in the Berlin area or the capital. There is only one important restriction: for legal reasons, people who are first-degree relatives of the seller, as well as spouses and domestic partners, cannot receive a commission. This includes, for example, the owner’s parents or children.
