This condominium, which was completely renovated in 2019 and subsequently furnished to a high standard with great taste, is located at the quiet end of a residential complex on Marienfelder Chaussee.
The first-floor apartment offers approximately 55 m² of living space, featuring two rooms, an open-concept, high-quality built-in kitchen with brand-name appliances, and a shower room with Italian marble tiles on the walls. It is furnished throughout with high-quality and tasteful finishes. It features triple-glazed, two-tone windows, oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom, and large, dark tiles in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. Throughout the apartment, 15 cm high, solid stainless steel baseboards serve as the transition between the walls and floors. When closed, the bedroom door blends in with the built-in cabinetry in the hallway. All electrical and plumbing lines were replaced in 2019.
