The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex built in the 1950s.
The hallway in the entryway provides access to all rooms in the apartment. Immediately to the right is the kitchen with a small pantry. Straight ahead to the right is the living room with access to the balcony, which gets morning sun; straight ahead to the left is the large bedroom. Around the corner on the left is a small room; between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with a tub and a window.
The apartment comes with a basement storage unit; there is no assigned parking space, but there are plenty of parking spots available on public streets in the area.
